User Friendly Consulting, Inc. (UFC®) has been in business since 1990. Over the years UFC has evolved from primarily maintaining imaging systems for clients to a full-service consulting firm that provides integration, workflow tools, and custom applications to satisfy the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and document management needs of vertical markets within numerous industries. Most companies are overwhelmed by content, financials, government regulation, and the cost to control data. UFC works with customers to reduce ‘the paper trail’ and increase the speed of retrieving and storing documents by accurately capturing documents and their appropriate indexes both centrally and remotely. UFC seeks to provide proper and efficient thick client and/or thin client based document management solutions allowing for cost effectiveness and robust processing. Our finished result is an easily accessible document safely stored in a back-end document repository.
