We found a system that was not built on multiple platforms but that was built from the ground up; an enterprise content management suite that includes document management, records management, and business process management functionality, with scanning, indexing, Workflow, integration, distribution, and tracking and auditing tools. We found a system that was designed to integrate with our client's existing infrastructure and which was not only user friendly, affordable and scalable but also easy to integrate with other applications, such as Microsoft SharePoint.
